I would suggest that you find new friends to give you advise. This a scam. That's so clearly obvious. This is what some gamblers play who are looking to find a big fool down the road. That this is a scam should have been evidently clear to everybody by 2009 who checked it out. I would suggest you run the other way.

It's not a scam, never was a scam, but it's a bad investment at the moment. It is, however, possibly a viable gamble. Problem is, the holders of this shell are flailing and have been ever since the investors kicked out the producers of actual products and services. There was a real company here that was struggling but investors panicked and replaced the good guys with bad guys, leaving what we have now - nothing. Personally I own shares but there is no good reason to buy right now.
