Frontloading on a company that was abandoned;

Claims of "buyout," or "new business," or the like;

Last filing in 2011, filed and abandoned bankruptcy.

This is a few "shorty is toast!" claims away from being one of the classic P&D's.

The drop today is a surprise. Someone puling their profits early?
