I have been holding back from buying in light of the poor performance of management

Those that didn't hold back and loaded up at 15 and 16 before Mr started buying did quite well. In fact, I considered it to be a no brainer

I feel his reasons for buying may not be based on future revenues.

Highly unlikely. Why would CGG, or MR. Wong, have invested so heavily if they thought future revenue were not there?
