If you're referring to another stock the SEC frequently acts in concert with the DOJ or FBI, and with FINRA. When the SEC has collated incontrovertible evidence they will then litigate against the company and any complicit principals. That can take as little as a few days to months, sometimes years.



yes its another ticker,the ceo was going to take deposition yesterday but filed protective order citing gobbly gook but an emergency motion will be filed to force him to take the deposition,he is the plaintiff,also its more than proven he lied on filings to sec on many occasions,its another company I wont mention but the tables will be turning fast,they want to lie and accuse but don't want to back it up and be deposed
