I thought D&B ratings related to credit quality, serving lenders/creditors.
I believe that Investment company ratings measure investment quality/historical performance, serving the the investment community.

Who needs to know if Aspire is creditworthy?
Who needs to know Aspire's investment rating if it's privately held and not available for public investment??
