3D Cell had less than $1M invested in it before they stopped funding it, it's a trick by the company to lure naive people into buying the stock. Other companies spend hundreds of millions with top teams of engineers and promise less, this company had one full time engineer and is promising to change the whole landscape of energy. It really takes a special kind of trust to believe in that.
