I completely agree with you. It's a good move. BigE just asked if anyone else had any ideas on why he would step down from the BoD.

I understand the step down as CEO. It's a great move. Sri seems very capable and a good fit as they hit full production and sales.

Under what circumstance would SS give up his voting rights and position on the board. I can say if it was my company I wouldn't give up a position on the board voluntarily until the company was profitable or I was ready to sell completely.
