We have.AERO INVESTORS LLC. They have a relatively large stake and made their case known during the bankruptcy proceedings. I was looking to get some contact details on them, but couldn't find much. Susquehanna securities also bought a significant stake around $.16. I can't find any details or fillings from them to indicate they an exit. So we have some significant common holders. Just hoping they fight for us when the time comes

Very nice. I think avoiding the PR disaster by saving the commons could absolutely happen here. I'm leaning towards commons surviving at this point; a stance I rarely take. Hoping for a nice sunset (or sunrise) for those who loaded the boat.

That is a great assessment. ARO stated A > L to the tune of $40 million before any attempt to pay off creditors. Thats a pretty strong signal that commons are getting zip.
