I believe they are waiting to see how it impacts the industry before they continue to aggressively expand to additional states.
The Health Care provided and needed doesn't change.

You seem to think they aren't looking at any acquisitions at all now. From the PR:

The company identified and began negotiating terms with home health care agencies and clinics. However, the Company will not be proceeding with acquisitions of home health care agencies.

The PR only said home health care agencies aren't in plays, clinics are. So your doom and gloom diatribe needs a little revision, sir.
