Once they get the solar cells to produce hydrogen at an "affordable" level I don't believe the generator will really affect the over all cost of the company. They'll be licensing out the highly efficient nano-cell technology with the polymer coating. The reason I don't think the generator really matters is because other companies may want to use their own design for a generator that they believe to be more efficient, safer, or more cost effective.

To answer your question as to the value of the company though, right now I would say it is under valued. With the accomplishments that they've made to this point I would say the company is worth at least close to $20M which would put share price just under $.04. Based on the industry though, once they have achieved their desired goals and start to market and sign contracts it should be worth $2-5B. Being that this tech has advantages of being completely green and able to use any type of water, it may have a premium above my estimate.
