Good news is that this stock wasn't exactly expensive to begin with. I'll probably hold just because I think this company is going to eventually get sold as that's what happened with Palmer's 2 previous water companies. And considering he owns nearly 50% of the stock and is only taking a $50,000 salary, he has the biggest incentive to maximize shareholder value.

But we need clarification on what happened in Q4, because I'm not sure I've ever seen a company whiff that big after giving positive guidance. My guess is there were one-time items involved, and they lumped it into COGS.

I'm not sure the biggest customer loss is going to have as much impact as you think. It's likely their other distributors will end up getting more business as a result, provided market demand doesn't change for Seychelle's products.
