It's not hard to figure out and I never said it was. I said as we get closer to June 30 and we don't get a positive announcement it concerns me that the news might not be buy-out news.
We all know they have to do something to stay solvent, but the share price action to me certainly isn't speaking to a much higher buy-out price coming to this point. I'm aware that could change at any time.
