I totally agree with the other "real" longs out here......I'm also happy that they aren't going to pursue an aquisition that's going to just be a headache and not worth it from a profitability perspective. Let them continue to grow as they are and build up their cash reserves and eventually find a fit that makes incredible sense. This wasn't it. This is how business goes.

They Stopped filing with the SEC in 2015
(Now RXMD IS not SEC compliant)

Also they Can't provide AUDITED financials.
