During the periods you are referring to, except 2002, it would appear that Donna Mikkin, was CEO, President and Director and "certified that she had reviewed the filings of BHGI..."
The filing dated March 9, 2016 states that "AS OF MARCH 2, 2016 DONNA A. MIKKIN RESIGNED AS DIRECTOR, PRESIDENT & CEO FOR MEDICAL REASONS.."
Since Donna Mikkin was the CEO one would assume she knew of the convertible?? And we all learn that she and her husband are currently suing the very company she certified the filings of??
