The KALO 10K and 10Q issuance is better than most OTC stocks. Even gray stocks that trade in the $s. Both sides (short and long) may be nervous if they have a lot at stake either way. All we can do is see how this pans out. It's not the end of the world if the company goes BK. That's how the stock market works. It's a risk particularly on the start ups as you say.
