The board has approved everything, it was their idea. The only thing pending is shareholder approval, which absolutely will pass, via standard proxy vote, official filings coming soon according to IR and McAfee.

There was already a board vote. That's already happened. Now there needs top be a shareholder vote. As to when the shareholder vote will take place, some at MGT believe this week, but no date had been set.
