Not sure whom you warned. Regardless, there is no certainty with it all.. Still got to wonder if RM is the play here. The business model is useless without a manufacturing base to make the infrastructure. If not ITD, then who?

Financial support still came from somewhere past 6 months and equity bias is present with BOD and note holders apparently...
