Risk-Reward shorting at .0002 makes no sense. IF a broker allows shorting without requiring a margin of $2.50 per share, they sure as hell will have an equivalent requirement in place to protect against a rise in share price.
No broker is going to expose themselves to big losses because some idiot shorts a stinky-pinky at .0002, if shares are even available for shorting.
Would you essentially lend money to an anonymous penny stock gambler without any collateral or protection ??
