Pat Hundley was not a former officer. But Melvin was, and at the time of Hundleys arrest for defrauding Michigan investors out of 7 million Pereira was his assistant.
The scam was for PNOW (then named OTHM) to "merge" with Hundleys Day Star Properties in Costa Rica.
Of course all that went to pot with the arrest of Hundley and the discovery that Day Star was also a fraud.
