From latest Qrtly report, "We have entered into options and agreements for the acquisition and development of our Nevada mineral properties. None of these mineral properties currently have reserves. We will be required to raise significant additional capital to fund our operations, pay ongoing legal costs, and to complete the acquisition of the interests in and further the exploration, evaluation and development of our existing mineral properties and other prospects. "
