it appears to be a war in IVFH. differnet sides with different stories. I think I am getting both sides lol
My gut tells me reading these filings that Ferrone would be the culprit choking Joe off with the dilutive nature of the original financing. Heck these guys were thinking big when they put this together why in the world did Ferrone grant himself so many cheap shares and cheap warrants?

The other side claims Joe is the reason IVFH hasnt spread all over the west coast by now. who knows but whomever prevails I hope that make this thing right..

Chef J cannot resign...this is HIS company...Ferrone will get the axe...IMO, he's the one that probably paid the promoter group to tout IVFH when we ran to .10 so he can dump...
