Dispensaries are breaking the law...pure and simple...your point continues to be that they should be above the law.....until they operate within the existing legal (and the upcoming framework within a year) they are committing a crime. The NDP decriminalization bill is a joke and will be laughed out of the house...Put your big boy pants on...what is coming is licenced producers and gov't regulated distribution and control...Individual supply will be limited to there own consumption much like alcohol...imho...

I've said it before, it's possible Trudeau won't legalize until next term. He needs to dangle that carrot to get re-elected.
