personally I am awaiting a filing and public notice of this news.
a shareholder that is also a 144 filer told me of Joes resignation. Could he have wrong news? was it just a threat?
I guess we stay tuned. sounds like he did resign though

I didn´t read your post before my comment but I´m sure, I was right. There is a huge war inside this company and, imo, how could this be good news? Whatever you have claimed here over the year, it was all about Joe, his name, his reputation and his contacts till the pasta cliche. What a joke this was.
