That's true a dime maybe, but several people have sent WOGI money or deposited directly into his accounts work and personal.

No follow the lead of no reverse splits and dilution for 2 years and counting.

Uh, yeah. How does an investor know this? WOGI hasn't filed with OTCMarkets for almost a year.

Not to mention that in August 2014 the A/S was 200M, O/S was 148M. In August 2015, the last time it was updated, the A/S was increased to 500M, O/S to 290M.

Call it whatever you want - that's dilution by definition, and nobody in the public knows what the share structure is today.
