Probably only one or two people at the top are totally aware of the level of fraud that seems to be happening. That's not unusual. Yes they have employees I'm sure. After all they have millions in stuckholder money. And fwiw this wouldn't be the first penny stock scam with a parking lot full of cars that I have watched play out.

So how much and to which university was material sent for testing? Anyone? I have a probably very accurate guess.

The count of vehicles in the facility parking lot for today was 21. I went by about 2:15pm this afternoon. I guess they are hiring more con men to help. (sarcasm intentional)
