He bought his OWN shell llc with MYEC shares..then sold the shares..then bought 2 houses..connect the dots..why pay over 500k for a private LLC shell with ZERO ASSETS?..was it criminal.I don't know..because nobody know what the patent agreement with Ed and MYEC is..even though we should..so in the agreement he may have Covered his ass..that is why he never ever discloses his Agreement with MYEC an the Patent..but...if he made a million he should have put it back into the company instead of borrowing toxic money to pay the bills..In my opinion he could care less about processing payment as much as figuring out how to legally screw shareholders and sell 3 billion shares he issued himself..
