Right Whacky, the market would look forward to estimate what the future value of the company will be, once QSEP starts having some decent earnings. And remember, they don't need to make a ton of money to see the stock move substantially.
As far as what AISI was saying, he was saying that the stock market is almost at a 20 P/E valuation, and that is with declining growth estimates. So, QSEP would deserve a much higher P/E than the overall market because QSEP's growth will be so much better than the market's growth.
