If the CEO doesn't have the moral compass for that endeavor,the SEC
Steps in with their rules to insist on it.
It doesn't seem fair that KB can issue all kinds of PR's about beating JNJ,and how that's going to change the prospects of the company,and not disclose actions on his part that have hurt the company and shareholder interests,nor details of the accelerated and investment crushing share dilution he's issuing.
This is how he expresses his gratefulness and appreciation to stakeholders?
By hiding/ignoring to share pertinent aspects or events to the company?
Picking some and not others to disclose,or even worse,allow some to be know and others not.
