I reported that Nathan's rights were restored last July:

That, however, doesn't mean that Nathan was pardoned or that he can own a gun again. He remains a convicted felon. And it is all in the public record.

Its clear from the transcript that WOGI"s CEO provided real time intelligence that the govt did not want disclose to the public regarding 9/11. It was even recommend that his case be placed under CIPA Classified Information Procedures Act.

Maybe you could quote the part of the "transcript" to which you are referring. I didn't find this. It didn't appear to me that anyone other than Nathan's lawyer "recommended" that his "case be placed under CIPA Classified Information Procedures Act." His lawyer filed a motion to that effect. Period.

When you due the DD you find the facts.

Right. When one actually READS the first document to which you refer, #406, one learns that the United States' Omnibus Response to Defendant Hall's Brady Request/Motions states:

Initially, the United States would note that the defendant's "renewed" motions concern matters that were already denied by Magistrate Judge Brown in his order dated September 29, 2000. Moreover, the defense counsel continues to ignore the dictates of Local Rule 88.9 which requires that he contact undersigned counsel prior to filing such requests. This rule is especially important in the instant case where counsel continues to file a tremendous number of motions concerning the same issues that were already addressed by this Court. Accordingly, the United States would request denial on defendant Hall's failure to comply with the clear mandates of the Local Rules.

Personally, I think Nathan's filing #405, which apparently just refiled previous motions, is a reprehensible, contrived, and manipulative mis-use and exploitation of the terrible events of September 11, 2001 for his own benefit, eight days after that tragic day.

"I want to believe"

It's more than a tv series mantra.
