No,we don't know for sure if that designation here means ESOP.

But I agree,traditionally when you see ESOP,that's what it means.

Couple of questions....

But how can another company be granted shares under an ESOP?

Also,Usually a Company has a Disclosure section in it's filing indicating the Company has set up a ESOP for it's employees.

Can you locate that for me?
