I think there were alot of reasons why DECN settled the NORCAL case,but I'll get to those later.

I understand some dilution was necessary,but was all of it?

Some Stock issuance accountability seems fair.

Maybe it's all legit. And so it's fine....there are a couple of entries I don't understand.

Reconciling expenses for the year against share issuance seems like a fair exercise.

I'll leave when I'm whole.
