I would assume it might be something to do with their feeds. Since I switched to Direct Access from a discout broker, I no longer see those parked orders.
I think it's very wrong for people to be saying this means something and getting each other excited over it. All it will do in the end is raise more questions and doubts when it doesn't open there, setting people up for disappointment.
No indication of a new price will happen until AFTER the filings are released. Everyone is waiting for them, us, institutions, market makers...EVERYONE. Nobody is privy to the information before anyone else.
Not until the filings are released, will we see the market reflect the true value of this company based on what people who are not yet in, will pay for it.
