Crystal Peak is developing a specialty potash deposit in Utah. This convertible loan is from their majority investor, EMR. Note the conversion price is higher than current market. I think this project will be done due to need in drought stricken Western US for this type of fertilizer. Will use solar evaporation so costs will be in lower quartile of all producers.
