certainly if you are looking at a new vehicle then a tugger with fuel cell and electric drive train is so much cheaper to run than a diesel ICE engine. Just swapping out diesel for a Fuel cell battery and electric motor not so much of a buy.
What isnt clear is the reward at the end. is there a commitment from FedEx to buy x units? Also are they going to install on the other devices this year as part of the second year trial (stairs, ramps etc)
