Everything you say about George may turn out to be true.

However, your comment is misleading when you say:
"What he (George) has accomplished in the past 25 years is sell his worthless shares to investors like you reading this right now!!!"

Actually, George can not sell shares to investors like me. He can only sell shares to accredited investors or he can provide shares to lenders to secure convertible loans. When either the accredited investor sells his shares or the loan company converts the loan to shares and sells them on the open market, they become part of the "float". The float shares are the only shares available for purchase on the market by the general public; people like me.

The only shares George can sell on the open market are his personal shares and when he does so, he has to register that sale with the SEC.

Remember. Our Federal government is a scam and crooked. So your list is lacking credibility from my perspective. Cautiously optimistic.

These are just re-hashed fear-mongering points, not a one of which was deemed to have any legal merit, or grounds for any legal action. In fact, the attempt to take legal action ended up in embarrassment on behalf of the SEC.

They could not find any fault with the technology. They could not prove it was not what GC demonstrated it to be.

The challenge is for GC to get this into market, and carve out a customer base. Does he just want to keep these things to play with?
