I own mineral rights to some oil wells back in the states. About a week ago I was busting balls to the current oil company who runs the wells. Basically I told him Lithium is on the way and it's just years out now.

He avoided the subject. lol

Lot of money to be made on Lithium over the next 10 years. Patience is the game though...
