This company is a scam, it has millions in toxic debt, zero proven or probable reserves, it is delinquent with its filings, all of its garbage assets are fully encumbered. Anyone looking to "invest" or "JV" should steer well clear of NBRI which is nothing but an insider enrichment scheme.
