Yes, you still own your shares. You can check this regularly http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpDetails.aspx?lx8nvq=9S6bM2dnvB97QKnmor%252fZ6w%253d%253d&nt7=0. When you see Glass's name is replaced by another, then the company has a new owner and we can start doing DD about him/her.

$AIVI

Reverse mergers ( study them ) typically involve a REVERSE SPLIT
and then the new company is reconstituted with the OLD SHARE-
HOLDERS owning 10% ( if they are lucky ) or typically 5% but usually
ONE PERCENT of the new shares after the RM.

I have had the bad luck to have been through several.

I ALWAYS ENDED UP WITH ALMOST NOTHING OR WORSE.

The DATAMEG R/M with Natural Blue Resources about 8 years ago
left me with nothing at all. ... Thanks to Paul Pelosi and the ex-governor
of New Mexico who were principals in Natural Blue. ... Toney Anaya,
he was the ex-governor of NM. ... The product was to be deep brackish
water wells .

So while I cannot speak for this organization, I will say this - - - I own-
Yellowcake Something or other long ago. ... It was RM'ed to become
AIVI - - - AND I WAS SCREWED OUT OF 90 PERCENT OF MY
YELLOW-CAKE SHARES ( a failed Uranium mine ) .

After being newly screwed by AIVI's NEW COMPLETE FAILURE, I am
now about to get newly screwed again.

I sure can pick'em, eh ?

GOOGLE THeSE TWO THINGS : ... "Shells" and "Reverse Mergers" . A
little searching and reading will make you an expert.
