Actually, just three days; but four out of the last five. But there was a run of six straight up days before that, so its no big surprise that after that and a day when the whole market is down ( a falling tide drops ALL ships) it would fall back some. But it is still well above the SMA so I take that as a sign of strength under the current conditions.
As to the added stock, it is not that large a percentage addition, and the reasoning behind it is solid. Now if there were to be another group of added shares in the next 2 or 3 quarters that would not sit very well!
But it is the Dr/s who are involved that I find to be one of the best reasons to have some faith in this company. Impressive to say the least! And they certainly are not going to risk their names and rep's on a con job. JMPO of course.
