I thought the same thing as what you were saying until I read it more carefully.
Notice they "came to a resolution". That does not mean they followed the resolution. And as far as filing to dump the SC13D and form 4 is about all that was needed. I think BCAP read the 8K and got pissed that EXAD called BCAP a dirt bag. But I could be wrong on that is just my theory. Either way, selling and VNDM are over. Lets make money.
