This is exactly why they call it an SEC investigation... to substantiate those that try to hide manipulations of trades.

I am sure Elite (the company) has some folks looking into this as well. Until they get off this POS OTCbb exchange things are pretty much up for grabs.... unless the SEC actually does something.
