Since I just bailed U with a small loss for today, I'm seeing strength in the D chart. What the heck, I'll guess +17 rigs.

I'll take +20. ;-) I've said before, that I don't think the market should react to moves less than +40 or +50 or so.

Production still declined with rig counts in the 550 to 670 range for most of last year. Any rig count under that will not be enough to reverse the decline, IMO.
