Many retail and amateur traders use basic programs or subscribe to websites that track and provide trade indicators or signals. ELTP's chart was set with the bands tight and signals start to indicate a major BUY signal! So, MM's or a major fund jacked the chart and signals so it would be a little easier to control the run when ELTP reports next week or when the FDA approval comes!
