The only progress this company has made was getting uplisted onto the QB. They couldn't even keep it, and managed to screw it up.

Meanwhile, operations has been a complete train wreck with $5M losses, hundreds of millions of shares diluted, and a broken record that has been on full auto for the past year "Africa is coming".
