Please tell Leo, those that have his ear, that it's time for another shareholder update. We need a thorough update on all our programs, with potentially another 6 month roadmap. Where do we stand with B-ABSSSI P3, B-OM interim, K P2, B-UP, BOD appointee, gram -, etc. List recent accomplishments and near-term goals, including pursuit of P partnership if still on the table. Such an update is desperately needed (considering our cash needs and reliance on stock based funding), and long overdue. Please advise him he ought to consider one asap!!!

Eric, agreed on a deal sooner than later. If Leo is unable to find a partner based on current P data, then he has to do a Phase 2b alone. Not the end of the world since there are $45M in the shelf registration. Based on Leo's email to Cabel, there are some potential interests in P.

I'd prefer a deal sooner than later, but just wonder if Leo may have received tepid feedback so far, and it's a square peg round hole kind of thing. If he was still actively shopping the drug, think he should indicate such, it would do wonders for share price, and even if doesn't pan out he's covered by safe harbor, and can raise capital at higher (less dilutive) prices in the interim!
