spoke with IR. the marco events are all in the news. plenty of info on their corp site as well.

also, with a current market cap of $155,000 is a joke. they have committed funds already. if they close the next rounds. their cash on hand would put them at a 300X valuation to current stock price. that would be around $0.90 / share. pending all developments, etc. they can be up to $4/share+ as the CEO had projected awhile back.
