The point is that it's all about the computer and the software. The robot is the interface between surgeon and patient. The surgeon will be an information manager and the computer will both inform the surgeon and translate the surgeons plan to be executed with the robot.
Wrong about Baxter. They have a whole OR biosurgery division that is present in the operating room all day. With that being said, they are totally not a candidate for Titan despite having 9 billion in cash.
