Yes, I am very serious about wanting to see Rosen/Kim pay a price for their poor behaviour. Their business practices need changing. That has nothing to do with share price.

Comparing filing complaints about Rosen and Kim to calling NASDAQ to understand the process of uplisting doesn't make sense. It's not even apples and oranges...

A good event happens and no one in market cares - SP does not even moves a bit.

This shows apathy towards the company. What these complaints going to do?

When uplisting was delayed - so many people called Nasdaq - what happened? Uplisting still not done yet.

Interesting that you would actually be against filing complaints is a clear case of company and shareholder damaging fraud. Hmmmmm....
