I am hoping soon to no longer be an investor in IMSC. So it really doesnt make sense. If this is their overall marketing plan to get the word out it is to little and to late.

Your post makes sense and the timing is even more curious to me. After the close but before tomorrow's open? Something else tomorrow? They could have waited until tomorrow but not if those new investors would need this as a reference point by that time (I can dream, eh?)
