I guess I'll need to add "companies/issuers" to my list of those elements that stifle stock "runs".

So now we have 1) MM's, 2) Shorty and 3) companies/issuers that ruin these stinky pinky promos.

How can a group promo ever succeed under such daunting opposition?

yeah, why would anyone manipulate a stock down, and load all the shares as cheaply as possible, before fundamentals improve and PRs/filings happen?

why would they want to buy low before selling high?
